Capri Mechanical Services Limited was established in 1974 as a private limited company and has been providing mechanical and electrical engineering services to a broad portfolio of projects for over forty years. As multi-skilled contractors and engineers it has the capability to undertake the whole range of building services and with an employee base of around 100 and an average turnover in excess of £14m it has the assets and resources to cater for a majority of service disciplines inhouse, working on projects up to £8m in contract value.

Growth has been steady over this period with the emphasis on building on reputation and experience through quality rather than chasing expansion, that continues to place the company in a position to offer clients the assurance that a comprehensive service can be provided that is backed by reference to previously successful projects. The founding directors remain with the company and are supported by many long serving members of staff.

The quality of the engineering and the end product is regarded as primarily important and to this end, qualified and experienced engineers and installation staff will always work with other team members to ensure that problems are solved and that services co-ordination and integration is successfully achieved. This is backed by current start-of-the-art computer aided design, drawing and estimating facilities together with robust administration and management.

Capri Mechanical Services Limited values the support offered by the major trade organisation and has been a member of both the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA), the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA) and the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) for a number of years and feels that the company benefits greatly from the credibility and representation provided by both of these bodies. The quality audit undertaken by both organisations is a great reassurance for new customers.
